SRI RAMAKRISHNA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT
is a global research, training and consulting institution specializing in providing research, education, training and consulting efforts in Leadership Development, Self Development , Human Capital Management and Organization Development .
At present SRIIOM provides the following courses for working professionals:

Advanced Post Graduate Programme in Human Capittal management and Organization Development for working professionals with more than two years experience. It is held every saturday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for 6 months in SRIIOM learning Centre at Chembur,Mumbai.
- Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Learning and Development for working professionals.The course is held every Saturday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm in SRIIOM Learning Centre at Chembur, Mumbai.

- Post Graduate Programme in Transformational Leadership for working professionals on every Wedenesday from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at SRIIOM Learning Centre at Chembur, Mumbai.
- Provide in - company customized Management Development Programmes in Transformational Leadership, Interviewing Skills, Global Best Practices in Retention, Performance Manangement, Self mastery for Personal Effectiveness, Stress Management using spiritual techniques etc.
- Undertake Research in Employee satisfaction , Attrition ananlysis and other diagnostic studies to help organizations plan interventions to improve.
Centre For Human Resource Development a division of SRIIOM aims to :
- Provide Human Resource ,Organization Development and Change Management Consulting Services in Institution Building to the small and medium scale industries to build their capapcity in professional management to create a sustainable future.
- Provide Human Resource Consulting to the NGO sector to enable them to grow.
- Providing very high quality talent at middle, senior and top management levels .
- Conduct 360 degree multirater feedback and then offer Behavioral Coaching to the particpants
- Identifying Future Leaders through Potential Appraisal and Assessment Centres and then provide Leadership training customized to the needs of the client audience.
SRIIOM was started by Ashoke K. Maitra who is an internationally recognized professional for his work in Leadership Development, Change Management, Organization Development and building Leaders & Spiritual Based Management .
In the year 2004, the World Business Academy , Stanford university, USA and the Assciation of Spirit at Work, USA conferred the "Willis Harman Award" to Mr. Maitra for his contribution in Management of Change and Organization Development in the Times of India Group.
Dr.Peter Pruzan , Professor Emeritus of Copenhagen Busines School, Denmark in his book "Leading with Wisdom" has identified Mr.Maitra as one of the 26 Leaders in the world who Lead with Wisdom. The others identified are Stephen Covey etc.
Prof.William Miller , Professor of Stanford University, USA has extensively quoted Mr.Maitra for his work on Spiritual Based Management & Leadership.
Mr.Maitra has been considered a Thought Leader and Futurist by World Future Society, publishers of the magazine "Futurist" and acknowledged as an International Trainer by the American Society for Training & Development ( ASTD ).
Mr. Maitra has been the Chairman of the HR & IR Committee of the Bombay Chambers of Commerce & Industries, Chairman of the World HRD Congress, India Leadership Summit and has been invited as a Member by the Goverment of India as an HRD expert in the Task Force For Interlinking of Rivers.
In the year 2005, Mr.Maitra dedicated his life to Sri Ramakrishna and started Sri Ramakrishna International Institute of Management more popularly known as SRIIOM.
